# OpenAI has introduced a subscription for ChatGPT for $4.6

The company OpenAI has launched the cheapest subscription called ChatGPT GO. It is currently available only in India, but there are plans for expansion to other regions in the future.

The tariff plan costs 399 Indian Rupees ($4,6). For comparison, the cheapest Plus subscription currently costs $20 per month.

Compared to the free version of ChatGPT, the new GO offers:

• 10 times more limit on messages, image generation, and file uploads;
• doubled memory — allows the chatbot to provide more personalized responses.

The expansion of ChatGPT GO to other regions is planned after collecting user feedback. The company's work on increasing the geographical coverage of the subscription is also mentioned on the support page.
